Are you tired of the stock app? It dos what it is supposed to, but there isn’t much flash to it right? Maybe you have heard of maybe you are brand new to Android and you have no idea, but there is a replacement, one is chompsms but I am not going to talk about that, I do not know anything about it, my preference and the preference of many is handcentsms. My droid is set up to receive only messages from handcent and the stock notification app is disabled.
I use this quite often and when I heard you could use it, I jumped at the chance to download this free app. Members of many forums talk about it quite often, its a topic of discussion and I participate in them letting others know how much I enjoy this app. The things that the stock app does not have, this usually does. For one this seems to play all forms of media better than the stock app.
The Apps Features Are:

- Change the Color of most things on the app
- Change the style of how the messages look
- Nice pop up window displays message
Pros:
- Pop ups to quickly view messages
- It can replace the stock messaging app
- The color customization
- Just the over all customization of the app
Cons:
- I have heard from some that this app will sometimes delete your texts, but it has never happened to me
- It tends to have a few bugs
- From one of my screen shots you can see there is an ad that they do not mention
