No paid Android Apps yet for Korea?

Interestingly enough, the country that first had froyo pre-installed on new Nexus Ones still doesn’t have access to paid apps on the Android Market. A statement issued by Google stated quite clearly that Korea was to receive paid apps, was taken off their blog an hour later. Many users and media outlets were left confused, Google issued this statement:
“Nothing has been confirmed, but the idea is to have the Android Market contain paid apps within July. There will be another notice on our blog.”

Why is it taking so long to open up the Market in these countries that are seemingly first to receive cutting edge Android technology? Hold tight Korean Android users, the Market will so be in your hands.
