HTC is on fire according to data from ChangeWave research (see charts). HTC has dramatically risen to public prominence in the smartphone arena over the last few years. This is mostly due to the phones they have released on the Android platform. G1, Hero, Aria, EVO, My Touch, ERIS, and Incredible round out the list of Android phones made by HTC. All of these phones have been wildly popular. HTC adds SENSE UI to most of their phones, a popular UI that introduced Facebook picture syncing to contacts among other features.
Apple IPhone products continue to be popular even though AT&T does not offer the best of coverage. Blackberry users however have been left behind. The technology hasn’t changed much for their handsets and is being left in the dust from the technology that Android sets offer.
