T-Mobile says goodbye to Samsung Behold II

The Samsung Behold II has seen its last days at T-Mobile. T-Mobile sent out a letter today to its stores requesting all units be sent back to the return center. The source of this letter said that this usually means the end of life of a phone. The remaining stock will be used to fill online orders and will no longer be available in stores.

Many people who owned the phone were upset because they were promised the 2.0 update  and never got it. Instead, they are stuck on Android 1.6. With almost 60% of phones on 2.1, who could blame them. Samsung has brought out a new line of phones, The Galaxy S. This line is being picked up by all the major carriers and is going to be very successful.
