Archos 32 PMP Not Quite a Tablet, or Is It?

Archos newest device doesn’t look like the standard definition of what a tablet should be, but that hasn’t stopped the company from labeling as such.  So what’s the big deal with them using the tablet moniker for this device?  Well if you look at the specs below this is a device that, well, should just be labeled as a media player and nothing else.  It seems that Archos is looking to ride the wave of the tablet revolution because in my mind, and I’m sure in most minds, this isn’t a tablet.  But that’s just my thought, what does everyone else think?
