Stream TV Networks announced today that its eLocity A7 7 inch tablet is now available for pre-order. The A7 will be the first U.S. tablet sold with Android 2.2 installed. This awesome tablet will be powered by a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra T-20 processor. It will come with 512 MB of RAM with 4 GB of built in storage space which can be upgraded via the SDHC slot.
The tablet also has a USB 2.0 port and an HDMI output that is rumored to allow 1080p playback. Other features include a 1.3 megapixel camera, WiFi and Bluetooth.
This tablet is positioned to go directly up against the iPad from Apple. No official release date has been set yet, but you can pre-order from Amazon.com for $370.
