In the Adobe Max Conference, the company announced a new way for developers to distribute their applications using their “In Market.” The unique thing about this is that it is not a fully fledged apps store. It’s just a way of distribution to the various apps stores. To put it simply, the developer only needs to submit their apps to “In Market” and it will distribute them through the main market or others apps store. This approach therefore saves the developer time that they can used to further develop their applications.
It won’t be much different though. The developer still maintains the same 70/30 profit. End-users will only download the applications as usual, but with Adobe managing behind the publication of the apps. (You won’t even notice it) Here’s an illustration on how In Market works.
