I’m sure many of you have been enjoying the beta version of what I must say is one of the most addicting games out for Android. Well let it be beta no more. Developer Rovio announced today via Twitter the FULL version of the game will be available starting next week. The release of this full version was pushed back to further develop the proper support for Android Multitasking.
The Game itself has been available for quite a while for the Iphone but just recently made its way onto Android devices. This being said, there are no details just yet of exactly how similar the FULL version will be to that Iphone version which had around 120 levels of demolition. It is one of the more entertaining physics based games that have appeared on the market, so hopefully Rovio will extend that fun for as many levels as possible.
For those of you who haven’t had a chance to play Angry Birds yet, the story goes as so. There are some birds who have their eggs are stolen by some ridiculous green pigs. The birds become angry, and the only way to take that anger out is to hurl themselves towards multi-sized towers the green pigs have constructed to keep the eggs for themselves. I know it sounds a little kiddish, but from the first time you load a bird into that slingshot , aim, and fire, you should be hooked.
The Beta version of Angry Birds is still available for download in the Android market, until next week when that official Full Version should show up. Until then search Angry Birds or the developer Rovio and give it a shot.
