We’ve recently learned that Motorola might be preparing to launch the first Tegra 2 and Gingerbread phone early next year (probably January). This phone is rumored to be called Terminator (Tegra 2 – T2, get it?).
Google seems to be going forward with the “robot” theme that Verizon has started in their Droid campaigns.In a video that was given to the guy at Phandroid, it shows a Nexus One phone, with supposedly Gingerbread on it. At the end of the video the user is turning off the screen, and there’s a very cool shut down animation that resembles the shut down of the Terminator at the end of the movie “Terminator 2”.
