Here we have a lovely little hands on video of the brand new myTouch HD handset from T-mobile. This phone is definitely looking like a must have device in the coming months.
Although the guys at intomobile couldn’t turn the phone on but we still get a pretty decent picture of the look and feel of the phone.
With such features as:
- HSPA+
- HD video calling is indeed on board working with both Qik and Yahoo Messenger for video calling that’s allowed on 3G, HSPA+ and Wi-Fi.
- The HD camcorder at 720p.
- Wireless DLNA.
- 3.8-ich WVGA.
- Swype keyboard.
- 1GHz MSM8255 processor optimized for speed and graphic performance.
- 5-megapixel camera.
- Android 2.2.
- Features preloaded HD games including Rock Band, Asphalt 5 and Monopoly.
- Preinstalled 8 GB SD card.
Not being able to turn the device on is frustrating. We have such questions like, “What is the genius button going to do? and “When will the gChat app update coming to support video calling?” But we will have to wait to find out.
The hardware looks very good and with a brushed metal back, dedicated camera button and hardware buttons, we are assured that this device will be great to use. We are also keen to find out what kind of dock will be coming it’s way.
