Lately, lots of info has been bubbling to the surface for Gingerbread and has people a tad uncertain about its validity. One report included details about a new YouTube app, YouTube 2.0. The new YouTube app received quite a facelift compared to other versions. It now matches the rest of the OS. The app appeared on the Android market earlier today and in true Google fashion it doesn’t disappoint.
New features include the ability to like and dislike videos, play videos in portrait mode while looking at other info and some other goodies.
More info will undoubtedly continue to surface in coming weeks. Just keep your eyes peeled, this is the first step in proving that most of it is true.
Note: It seems that this app is only available for devices running Android 2.2 and above.
That being said, those of you who are lucky enough to have a 2.2 device, I have included the QR code for direct download from the Android Market.
