Has it been a month already? Not only has it been a month, but it has been a month of great sales for Samsung. They just reported that they sold over 600,000 Galaxy Tabs across the world (it has been released in 30 countries) in the first month. Samsung hopes to sell a million by the end of the year, so they are off to a good start. Contrast this with the over 1,000,000 iPads sold by Apple in the first month and 7.5 million since its launch in April.
It seems that Samsung is doing pretty well for themselves, and they are differentiating their product from the chief competitor, the iPad. It turns out actually that in most areas, demand out-strips supply for the Galaxy Tab. I must admit, that I have not yet gotten my hands on one yet, but I hear mixed reviews. Generally, from the folks who are Android-friendly, I hear good things, while from Apple-type folks it does not seem so great. What have your experiences been?
