That’s right folks, just a few days after getting permanent root someone said “Hey, let’s overclock this thing.” Not only did they overclock the HTC G2, they took this 800MHz phone clear to the edge of good sense. So they finally ended up with a mind numbing 1.9GHz, over double the original specs on the device.

Below you will see an actual picture of my friend @droidhead_ryan’s overclocked G2 with a Quadrant score. Don’t worry, there has been no reports of melting phones or purses bursting into flames.
