Not that fans of Android devices need more convincing, but LG’s new marketing strategy may be onto something new. The company has hired British model and actress Kelly Brook, who most recently appeared in Piranha 3D, to be their UK ambassador. They’ve already started a new ad campaign, some of which you see here. LG said that Kelly was the “ideal ambassador” for the Optimus One, which fits her “glamorous image.”

While it does come off as a well scripted ad, here is what Kelly Brook “says” she loves about the Optimus One:

I love being able to share my photos instantly and having recently joined Twitter the phone is also a great tool for tweeting to my fans”
I dont know who will get more out of this, LG, Kelly Brook, or Android users, I’m guessing everyone wins when you throw a model in the mix. Well done LG, well done.
