Capcom, Konami and Namco are just the latest game publishers to announce new games for Android. Capcom says they will launch 3 of their most popular games, which includes: Mega Man, Ghosts ‘n Goblins: Gold Knights, and Resident Evil: Degeneration. These games will come pre-installed on Sharp’s upcoming glasses-free 3D phones, but I’m sure we’ll see them soon in the Market, too.
Konami will also launch their Mobile Powerful Pro Baseball 3D game for Android, while Namco is getting ready to launch Taiko Drum Master. GungHo and Gamearts are also planning to announce a Slipheed Alternative game.
Android definitely needs more 3D games, but I’m still mostly excited about the upcoming Tegra 2 only games, that should blow anything else out of the water in terms of graphics, if they’re made on top of the Unreal 3 engine.
