Androlib has just reported the latest statistics available on the Android Market. Just take a peek at the graph below, which clearly shows the tremendous growth rate in just nine months since March 2010 of games and applications. What…the market now has over 200,000 new apps and games!?! Now if I can only find room on my phone for all of them!
Peter Vesterbacka (Angry Birds creator) stated that paid applications are not a feasible option for Android at the moment. The Free VS. paid graph below clearly shows how free applications and games outnumber the amount of paid ones in the Market.
