There’s no doubt that tablets are hot items right now, and their popularity is likely to skyrocket as more and more OEMs release devices into the marketplace.
A new tablet, the Creative ZiiO 10, has just landed at the doorstep of the FCC, which seems to imply that a US release is just around the corner.
Creative recently launched their ZiiO line of Android tablets into the European marketplace, the ZiiO 7 and the ZiiO 10. Both tablets feature a 1024 x 768 resolution resistive touchscreen and come in either a 10-inch or 7-inch form factor, and options for either 8 GB or 16 GB of storage capacity.
The European version of the ZiiO tablets are currently running Android 2.1, but there’s no word yet if this will hold true for the US release.
