The Nexus S product page is finally live. The Nexus S will be available for purchase after December 16th “online and in-store from all Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores,” either unlocked or with a T-Mobile plan. UK must wait until the 20th to get this phone at Carphone Warehouse and Best Buy UK.
The Nexus one specs are 4-inch WVGA display, triband HSPA withAWS support (no HSPA+, seemingly), 5 megapixel camera, NFC, 16 GB of onboard storage, 512 MB of RAM, available on T-Mobile. It’s also got a gyroscope — as do the existing Galaxy S phones — along with something being called the “contour display” (it’s curved as rumored). And one of the exciting rumors seems to be untrue: the Nexus S is running 1 GHz Cortex A8-based Hummingbird processor, not the dual core Orion. Check out the videos.
