Just in time to make the Christmas rush, T-Mobile has decided to cut the prices on both the Samsung Galaxy Tab, and the Samsung Vibrant. There is no official reason as to why the price reduction is taking place, likely just to win those last-minute sales for next week. T-Mobile will now have the least expensive Galaxy Tab of any other US carrier, which could make it a major draw.
The slightly blurry screenshot below from TmoNews, leaked those new Android prices, which are now in effect. Each of the devices are seeing a $50 price reduction, with the Galaxy Tab being dropped from $399.99 to $349.99, and the Samsung Vibrant dropping from $199.99 to $149.99. Just to note, it does look like the $50 price drop comes in the form of a mail-in rebate and as always, with the new prices comes the two-year agreement.
