If you’re not familiar with Rio, it’s a story about a domestic bird that never learned to fly, who will inevitably go on a life-changing journey with friends, encountering the ups and downs along the way; so a Rio themed version of Angry Birds only makes sense.
The preview trailer for Angry Birds Rio is more of a teaser, with no actual gameplay exposed, but I’m sure that we can expect the same bird-flinging fun that we’ve all came to love since Angry Birds was released.
The game will feature 45 new levels and is set for release in March of 2011, shortly before the April 15th date set for the film.
