Galaxy S2 Running 1GHz Dual-Core Processor?!

As February 1^st approaches, its only appropriate more leaks regarding what may potentially be announced surface. Apparently Samsung is having some big announcement on 2/13, but will be showing a preview teaser 2/1. A lot of us are expecting it to be the Galaxy S2, successor to the successful Galaxy S phone. This would line up with last year’s March announcement of the Galaxy S.

But back to the details; it’s being said that the new phone will sport Samsung’s Dual-Core ARM Cortex 9 processor and 1GB of RAM while running Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). Also, the successor phone supposedly packs a 4.3″ Super AMOLED Plus display, 8MP camera with 1080p video recording, and NFC.
