The HTC Thunderbolt will no doubt be an Android powerhouse for Verizon, and now thanks to sources of DroidLife, we might have a better idea of when to expect its launch on the carrier. According to those sources, the HTC Thunderbolt along with an unnamed Samsung 4G LTE device are said to have a dual launch in the last week of February.
Also coming from the source is word that Verizon reps have confirmed to clients that the devices will be released together. If this is true, you would think that Samsung would speed up the name game for their 4G LTE device already. Verizon employees have started their HTC Thunderbolt training and marketing material for both the Thunderbolt and the Samsung device just started showing up along with test devices of each. Which again you would think a name would be included somewhere in this info. It sounds like it’s all coming together for the Thunderbolt, as for the mysterious Samsung, a name should be their next priority.
