It’s the release date and pre-sale shuffle for two of Motorola’s hottest new Android devices. The Motorola Xoom tablet was initially set for pre-sale at retailer Best Buy starting on February 17th. Now thanks to some leaked documents, it looks like the date has officially been moved back a whole three days to February 20th. It’s not that big of a deal really, but I’m sure many people had that day marked XOOM on the calender. This information has been confirmed, and is at Motorola’s request apparently.
The Motorola Atrix 4G on the other hand is rumored to be releasing a week earlier than first planned, now set to launch on February 22nd. The below memo is said be popping up in AT&T customer service rep inboxes. This has not been confirmed, but at least we know one or two weeks from now the Atrix 4G will be hitting the streets regardless, and will no doubt be a hit.
