T-Mobile G2X Available Now: $199

It’s April 20th, and that means all kinds of new toys at T-Mobile today!  In addition to the T-Mobile G-Slate, today is the day you can pick up the T-Mobile G2Xat a T-Mobile store.  This smartphone, made by LG, can be yours for $199 on a two year contract, and that’s after a $50 rebate.

In case you’ve forgotten why you want this phone, it’s packing an NVIDIA Tegra 2, so 1 GHz dual cores.  Then there’s T-Mobile’s HSPA+ 4G network.  Plus it’s got a front camera, it records 1080p with the rear 8 MP one,  and a four inch screen, so what’s not to like?  You’ll find it loaded with Android OS 2.2 (Froyo), but hopefully will be upgraded to OS 2.3 (Gingerbread) Real Soon.
