Meet the Meet the Press Android App

For all you news aficionado out there, MSNBC and Zumboi have joined forces to release the “Meet The Press” app to the Android masses. Meet The Press has already made their name in the news industry for reporting headline news and having 60 plus years of pushing news to the public. Meet The Press give viewers US and World headlines, economics,  social pundits and panels discussing various in depth discussions on hot topics.

The app gives a cornucopia of information. They give the top headlines in the news, podcasts, whats on the new episode, and a lot more. When downloading this app it also requires you to download AirMail Control Panel to enable better push notifications to your phone/tablet. It’s not required to search for AirMail as the app tells you to download it and it takes you straight to the market. Meet The Press is available for Android 1.6 and above.

For you Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) users, including myself, the app does “work.” It will stretch out but still function correctly, but it isnt exactly optimized for Honeycomb. So if you’re not bothered by stretched out apps, then you can enjoy the full Meet The Press experience.
