Turn your Evo 4G into a PC?

The folks at XDA Developers are always on the cutting edge when it comes to Android devices. That being said, every once in a while they cook something up that has me begging the question why? This is the case with one of the latest hacks whipped up by XDA member Lokifish Mars. At least once a day I consider the prospect of turning my HTC Evo 4G into a desktop computer. OK I’m lying I have never even considered that as a possibility, but this guy has and he has and brought this to fruition using the built-in HDMI capability of the Evo, Bluetooth for the keyboard and mouse, and some free software. When I say desktop computer I mean that in the truest sense of the words: monitor, speakers, keyboard mouse and all. Watch the video that’s I can really say. Words don’t really do it justice. This one takes the cake in my opinion, unless they turn my Evo into a toaster oven (knock on wood). Video is below.
