Samsung Mobile Display plans on producing 7-inch displays with improved resolutions in September. Back in 2010, Samsung showcased the first 7-inch prototype with WVGA 1024×600 resolution, but they are pushing for improvements. Their goal is to reach 720P (1280 x 720) SAMOLED with a pixel density of 180ppi.
It appears more likely that they will achieve 720p with a 4-inch screen sooner. Hmmmm, I am thinking Nexus Prime, what about you guys-
