The next Galaxy S device might put an end to Samsung’s habit to make all-black phones. The Galaxy S, the Nexus S, Galaxy S2, Galaxy Nexus, and a lot of other lower-end phones from Samsung are all black. I think they’ve figured out that they need more style for their phones, so they are going to add some more colors. The rumored colors are white and blue.
The white version has been used before for some of their phones, but always as an afterthought, or not really being the star of the show, like the white One X was for HTC, even though they had a black/grey version, too. The blue version is certainly interesting, and I have a feeling most people will opt for that one if it looks good enough. I think it will be some kind of darker brushed-metal blue, that will look really good on the Galaxy S3. You can check out the colors in the main image.
I think this time around Samsung will also dramatically improve the materials they are using in the Galaxy S3, which will make it not only look very good, but feel great in hand, too, which will make a lot of people excited about its design and in general, together with the fact that it will be one of the fastest devices on the market. At the very least it should be on the same level with the One X, if not surpass it, quality and design wise.
