The Samsung Galaxy S III could just be the most popular Android smartphone to launch this year. With significant buzz around the phone combined with the strategy of making the new smartphone available from multiple carriers around the same time frame, it’s sure to do well. T-Mobile is getting the phone and has announced that they will be breaking up the launch into two different phases.
Because of the huge demand, their current stock will not be enough for customers come June 21st. Because of that, the top 29 markets will get the latest smartphone first and then come six days later on June 27th, it will be available to everyone else. The price? For full retail without a contract, you’re looking at $629.99, $229 with a value plan, and $279.99 on a classic plan after $50 mail in rebate.
