If you’re on Verizon Wireless and planned on getting the most anticipated Android phone of 2012, the Samsung Galaxy S3, things just got a little sweeter. Recently, Verizon announced that the RAZR, RAZR MAXX, DROID 4, and the Rezound would be updated with global romaing capabilities in the near future. Verizon has now confirmed that the brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 will join the ranks of their other devices being able to roam on 2G/3G networks of oversea carriers in over 185 different countries.
The global capability won’t be available at launch, but along the RAZR, RAZR MAXX, DROID 4, and the Rezound, have the capability added in the near future via a software patch.
