Featured: Google's Added 450 New Fonts to Docs; Making Those Team Memos Even More Fun

If you’re a fairly hardcore Android user like I’m guessing a lot of you reading this are, then there’s also a strong chance that you’re a keen user of Google Docs as well. I, for one, absolutely love Google Docs and now that it’s been taken under the wing of Drive it’s gotten a little better on Android devices. As a writer, I’m a little particular when it comes to my fonts, as I should be seeing as my Dad runs a printing business. The fact that Google Docs for a long time, only came with few fonts didn’t impress me but, now Google is fixing all that.

Today the Drive blog has announced that there are 450 new fonts on their way to Google Docs, which means that presentations and documents alike are going to be even easier to jazz up and impress your colleagues. Of course, you could say that more fonts isn’t all that big a deal but, if you’re going to be writing something a little creative or making a presentation that relies heavily on typography then you can really impress with the right font choice(s) and the more fonts you have to choose from the better!

There are no updates are needed as all the fonts are already there so just log in and get creating! Feel free to let me know how you use fonts and Drive/Docs in the comments!
