It’s no doubt the shooter genre has a fairly firm stranglehold on multi-player type gaming. You just cant substitute that rush of fragging someone from afar or getting that triple kill every few minutes. Well this new game The Respawnables aims to put some of that fun back in your hands for on the go access. In the style of games like team fortress 2 and polarbit studios ToonWarz, you can run around and headshot your friends with an almost cartoon like look and feel to the game. I was never a really big fan of toonwarz as when I first played it, it was on an old mytouch 3g. Not exactly the optimal choice for gaming on android. However I have dabbled a bit in team fortress 2 and if this game is anything like it even in the most sensible way, I’ll give it some fair amount of time.
Below you will be able to check out the teaser trailer, which should give you a pretty good idea of what to expect when this game is released. The teaser trailer itself is minimal, but of course this is because it is a “teaser” and it is supposed to get you excited about the idea of the game. *raises hand* “EXCITED! RIGHT HERE!” Digital legends which is the development studio behind this game, has definitely taken a different approach to the shooter class and is trying to offer something different to those who are fans of the genre. The third person view, the cartoony less serious graphics, and almost undoubtedly large arsenal of weapons should make for a great mobile experience to those who are looking for some competition in a quick match. Or three?
It seems like The Respawnables will most certainly take advantage of the ability to die very quickly during a match, hence the name of the title, and then allowing you to respawn and have another go at the mayhem taking place on the battlefield. As exciting as this game sounds, sadly there is no release date yet for this game but it surely has our interest piqued over here at androidheadlines. There is also not very much detail about the game like what the weaponry will consist of or how many maps there might be, or even if there is a campaign mode. Count on one thing though, that as soon as we know more about this promising new game from digital legends, we will be updating all you gamers out there with more information. Until then have some fun watching the trailer and get as hyped up as I am to play this bad boy.
