Featured: New 4G LTE Network To Launch In UK Next Week

Carriers Orange and T-Mobile UK formed a company recently by the name of Everything Everywhere and last month, they were granted approval for a 4G LTE network. This is great news for those in the UK as 4G hasn’t made its way as much as it has here in the United States.

In preparation for the official launch of Everything Everywhere, they’re holding a press event next week on September 11th. They’re likely to announced their 4G LTE network as well as pricing or at least one would hope so. The new network is said to launch the same day as the press event as Orange staff was briefed about the whole thing and there being a turning on of the new network.

As far as all the details such as pricing and what cities will be covered, well, that’s anybody’s guess at this point. But if you’re in the UK and want faster speeds, we suggest keeping your eyes and ears open. It’s an interesting coincidence that Apple’s event is just the day after and if they really wanted to make some waves, announcing that the upcoming iPhone 5 will be available on their network would be quite the launch for them.
