Featured: The 5 Inch Phone With World's Best Display Gets New Specs

When it comes to Android, you’ve got manufacturers that you tend to be very familiar with: HTC, Samsung, Motorola, LG, and so on. Occasionally though, a not so well known manufacturer comes out of the wood work and releases their very own phone. One of those manufacturers is Oppo, a Chinese based company.

Last week, we wrote about the Oppo Find 5 which is a 5 inch phablet and will feature the World’s best smartphone display. While the Galaxy Note 2 is scheduled to come out this fall as well as the rumored HTC One X5, this bad boy looks to steal some of the thunder. To no surprise, more specs have come along and the phone is looking pretty awesome.

  • 5 inch 1920 x 1080 display (441ppi)
  • 1.5GHZ Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 quad-core processor
  • 2GB RAM
  • 16 or 32GB internal storage
  • 12 megapixel rear-facing camera
  • 2 megapixel front-facing camera
  • 2,500mAh battery
  • Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

As mentioned before, the iPhone’s display clocks in at just 326ppi. Well, saying “just” makes it sound like it’s bad, it clearly isn’t. However, the screen on the Oppo Find 5 sounds really impressive and we very much look forward to seeing more of this phone as well as video once it makes its official debut hopefully sometime in the very near future.
