This is probably Google’s worst kept secret. The Nexus 7 32GB. We’ve known about this device for months now. And it continues to make the headlines (no pun intended). We are still expecting Google to unveil the 32GB model of the highly successful Nexus 7 this Monday in New York City, but it appears that yet another retailer has sold the 32GB model ahead of the announcement and launch date. You can add Best Buy to that list.
Up North in Calgary, Canada, a lucky Android fan was able to walk into the Best Buy store and pick up a 32GB Nexus 7 instead of the 16GB version. Looking at the picture above you can tell it’s the 32GB version because it says “1B32” instead of “1B16” or “1B8” for the respective 16GB and 8GB models. To add on to all of that, we’ve got a picture of the receipt below showing that the device was $269. Which is about the price we expect to see on Google Play next week.
Who’s picking up the 32GB Nexus 7? Or you picking up the Nexus 10? Hit up the comments and let us know.
