Google+ Photos App Coming to Chrome Soon

Let’s face it, if you’re a big Android fan then you’re probably also heavily invested in Google’s services. With that probably goes the use of Google’s Chrome browser. A lot of us here use Chrome and a group of us are Chromebook users to boot. Recently, Google has expanded Google+’s reach across the web and this week they announced Google+ Sign-In. That doesn’t appear to be the only additions they’re making to Google+ as there’s word that a new Google+ Photo App is coming to the Chrome browser shortly.

As AndroidSpin reported the infamous developer, Francois Beaufort has been leaking a little info on the new app that should be coming to our browsers soon. The app has been named “Pulsar” and features leaked from Francois include: Automatic selection of the best shots and Automatic import of photos when I plug-in a camera or memory card. Which sounds an awful lot like Google+ expanding instant upload.

It’s nice to be able to take a look at something Google is adding to Chrome OS, it’ll more than likely be available for Chrome on the desktop as well, which should make for a much easier way to bulk upload photos to their social network. I can see something like this being useful for events or holidays. There are a few more photos in the gallery below, hopefully this come to Chrome pretty quickly so we can spend more time with it.
