Asana Mobile Launches on the Play Store; Enhancing Your Teams Productivity

Today, Asana Mobile launched on the Play Store. It’s a free app, and is about 339kb in size, so it won’t take up to much room on your device. Asana is basically a collaboration tool that centers your team’s communication around projects & tasks. It’s keeping you and your team organized and in sync all the time. It is free for up to 30 team members as well. Kinda hard to beat that.

Some of the key features include:

  • Create, prioritize, and assign tasks on-the-go
  • Stay up-to-date with mobile Inbox
  • Search to quickly find tasks, projects, people, and tags
  • Add due dates, recurring tasks, followers and tags
  • Quickly see everything that’s assigned to you
  • Navigate to any project to see where it stands
  • Free: Collaborate with up to 30 teammates at zero cost

Asana Mobile also makes it easy and fast to keep your teams tasks together, organize it’s projects and stay connected to your team members where ever you are. The user interface of this app looks very nice as well. Not quite holo, but not to far from it either.

Here’s an Asana Pro Tip for you, you can duplicate project templates in Asana.

Create and duplicate “template” projects for any of your repeating multi-step processes, and you’ll never miss a step. When you learn something new, add it to the template project and you’re ready for the next time. For example, at Asana we have an Onboarding Template that we duplicate for every new hire – with the tasks, paperwork, equipment that person needs to hit the ground running. Other examples are templates for launches, events, production processes, or weekly calendars.

So go ahead and grab this app from the Play Store. It looks to be very nice, and hopefully we’ll see some nice new features and improvements in upcoming updates. According to some of the reviews on the Play Store, it sounds like it’s a bit slow. But I’m sure that will be fixed in an update or two.
