Today we are taking a look at the Ultimate SleeveCase from WaterField. This is one of their newer sleeves, and it’s available for a variety of devices. Just to name a few Galaxy Note 10.1 (which is the one I’m reviewing), Nexus 10, Nexus 7, Galaxy Tab 2, Galaxy Note 8.0, ASUS Transformer Prime with the Dock, Nook Color, Nook Simple Touch, Kindle Fire HD 7-inch and 8.9-inch and many more. The Ultimate SleeveCase is cushioned with high-grade neoprene and wrapped in a ballistic nylon shell, which WaterField says is nearly indestructible. Another added bonus with this case, when travelling you won’t need to take your tablet out to go though Airport security. As this sleeve is TSA Checkpoint Friendly.
The Ultimate SleeveCase protects the Galaxy Note 10.1 very nicely. It has plenty of cushion all around the tablet, and it’s easy to put inside the sleeve and to remove it for use. There’s also a pocket on the back side where you can put your charger, portable charger, or anything else you want to take with you. Perhaps a Bluetooth keyboard? WaterField allows you to choose the trim for your SleeveCase, you can choose Lead Indium or Brown Leather. Which the Brown Leather is an additional $6. You can also choose to get a strap with your SleeveCase or not. So you could use it as a man-purse, that would only hold your tablet, and maybe a few other things.

- Doesn’t offer protection while your tablet is being used
So would I recommend this to people to buy? Yes and no. Yes because it’s a great sleeve, and if you’re someone who travels a lot this is something you’ll want. No because most people won’t want to spend that much on just a sleeve. Now if you could use your tablet and keep the sleeve on, that would be another thing altogether. I do like the sleeve, but I can’t see myself using it all the time, unfortunately. The Ultimate SleeveCase is available on WaterField’s website starting at $59.
