According to Corning the Samsung Galaxy S4 will sport the strongest display on the market when it goes on sale. The Galaxy S4 sports a 5-inch Full HD AMOLED display protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
A Galaxy S4 owner attempted to scratch the Galaxy S4 with objects you’ll find around your home. Such as Knives and Coins, without success. The scratch testing was recorded by the user showing what happened to the device when scratched with different objects. These included knives, pens, coins and other everyday objects. Some of which you may find in your pockets along with the device, such as Coins. Others are just down-right silly, but for educational purposes it’s a fun video.
The Galaxy S4 is the first device on the market to adopt the Corning Gorilla Glass 3, which boasts strength and high durability. The Galaxy S4 is to go on sale worldwide very shortly.
With Samsung apparently missing out and lacking in development with the Flexible display technology, it seems Samsung are trying to innovate in other areas. With Gorilla Glass 3 within the Galaxy S4 and apparently a plastic OLED display coming to the Note III Samsung may be focusing on innovating other areas to attempt to stay on top.
Samsung apparently ditched an Aluminium body for the S4 with fears they would not be able to supply the demand, this could have negative impacts on S4 sales compared to the HTC’s One. However all of the devices coming out lately have their own innovative additions.
Watch the Video and let us know your views on the new display on the S4.

Is the user in the video being over brave, or is his belief in the strength of Gorilla Glass 3 justified?
