Duolingo Gets Updated

On Thursday, Duolingo got updated in the Play Store. It brings some tablet optimizations and leaderboards to the app. Enticing you to use it even more. Here’s the full changelog from Google Play:

What’s in this version:

– TABLET-OPTIMIZED. Duolingo now supports the perfect device for learning!
– LEADERBOARD. Sure, it feels great to spend the day making progress in a new language; but it’s even better when you can leave your friends behind in the dust.
– LANDSCAPE MODE. Hold your device however you like, even Gangnam style.
– AWESOME NEW SIDEBAR. With a single tap on the Duolingo logo you can now access your stats, see the leaderboard, and strengthen your skills.

Exynos 4 Devices get CyanogenMod 10.1 Nightlies again

We heard earlier this week that CyanogenMod 10.1.0 builds were out. But notably absent were Tegra 2 and Exynos 4-based devices. But today, Exynos 4 devices are now back on nightlies, but no stable build just yet.

Google Play Movies & TV Gets updated

On Thursday, Google updated their Play Movies & TV app with the new cards user interface. It’s about time too. But they also killed support for the Nexus Q with this update. So watch out if you own a Nexus Q. Here’s the full changelog from Google Play:

TrickDroid 1.0.0 Google Edition ROM Hits the HTC One

Google Edition ROMs are now hitting the HTC One and Galaxy S4 thanks to system dumps this week. The latest is coming from TrickDroid:

“This is a stock build of the Google Edition ROM, I added some AROMA options and removed debug code, deodexed and some other things.”

OUYA back in stock on Amazon

This week, the OUYA launched and quickly sold out. But it now appears that it’s back in stock over on Amazon. So any one looking for the Android-powered console can check out Amazon to order their own.
