The new Nexus 7 has been embracing the spotlight of every tech news headlines so far, we can all see why and ever since Google started taking orders for the new Nexus 7 for US consumers, global Nexus fans are eagerly anticipating their turn. Well the wait is almost over as Google has launched sign-up pages specific for all the other countries where the new tablet will soon be available for purchase, but the device is yet to be listed in those local Google Play Stores.
The new Nexus 7 will be available for order soon in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, South Korea, Japan, Australia and Canada. However some retailers in those countries are already listing the new device as available for pre-order, for example Currys and PC World have already started taking pre-orders for the new Nexus 7 pricing it at 199.99‚£ (the 16GB version) and at 239.99‚£ (for the 32GB) and are said to start shipping them as of September 13.
In the US the 4G LTE version of the tablet will be released soon in the upcoming weeks. In addition to the Google Play Store, it’ll be available from many retailers, like Best Buy, Walmart, Office Depot, Staples, OfficeMax, GameStop,Amazon, HSN, RadioShack, J&R and B&H ¢â‚¬” there is how ever a recorded incident where reddit user xQcKx who ordered the new Nexus 7 from OfficeMax and supposedly received it in the 23rd of July. Another user reported that anyone can buy the tablet from OfficeMax early if the SKU24127222 was mentioned.
