This Week's Burning Question: What Device are You Most Looking Forward to Being Announced at IFA next Week?

Next week is IFA. Usually a pretty quiet event for those of us in the Android space. In the past couple of years, Samsung has announced their Galaxy Note devices in Berlin just a day or two before IFA actually kicks off. But Samsung isn’t alone this year. We’re expecting Sony to announce some cool stuff, Lenovo, HTC, and a few others. Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy Gear alongside their third generation Galaxy Note smartphone, well phablet. So it’s looking like this year’s IFA is going to be pretty packed compared to previous years and even compared to CES earlier this year. Normally we get quite a bit of news out of CES and Mobile World Congress in January and February respectively, but this year they were both pretty dead. Now here we are with IFA coming up in just a few days, and it’s shaping up to be the biggest event of the year.

All of that leads us to this weeks burning question. We know there’s at least four manufacturers heading to Berlin to show off some new stuff. Which ones do you think will steal the show? Which ones are you the most interested in? I’m sure most of you will say the Galaxy Note 3. But I’m more interested in what the smaller manufacturers have to show us. Hopefully some stuff that will make it’s way into the US, then again I won’t hold my breathe for that. Both Samsung and Sony have their events on September 4th. Other’s haven’t confirmed their events just yet. Make sure you follow us for all the IFA 2013 coverage you can handle. We’ll be extremely busy covering every bit of Berlin for all the news.

So what device are you most looking forward to being announced next week? The Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy Gear, Sony’s Honami, something from Lenovo, or the HTC One Max? I’m definitely excited for the Galaxy Note 3, but I can’t talk about a few of these other devices. Let us know your thoughts in the comments down below.
