IFA 2013 is only a couple of days away and yet, that doesn’t mean that the leaks are going to stop coming. A leaked render of the Galaxy Note III has come from Korean site Stellist Design and at this point, lines up with everything else we’ve already seen so far. We recently got a peek at the lockscreen used of the Note III, thanks to @evleaks and this render is sporting that very same wallpaper. This render lines up with many leaks we’ve seen before and confirms a number of things about the design of the Note III.
For one thing, it’s very much like the Note II, which after the Galaxy S4 following the S III, seemed pretty likely. Also, the bezels here have gone on a diet and have slimmed down considerably. We could see as much from the leaked display frame we saw earlier on but, seeing the display and everything put together goes to show what a difference slim bezels can make. As for the rear of the device, things seem pretty similar to the Note II again there.
The Note III looks like very much like an evolution of the Note II.There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that either, it worked well with the Galaxy S4 and it should work well with the Galaxy Note III. With only two days until Samsung announce the Note III, alongside the Galaxy Gear, there isn’t too much longer to wait and see whether or not all of these leaks pay off. We’re betting that a lot of them do but, what about you guys?
With the Note III looking similar to the Note II, even in size, it might be a hard sell for Samsung to get Note II owners to upgrade. Where they might win people over however, is the internal specs. With a Snapdragon 800 in most territories, and an Exynos Octa in some others the Note III should be a considerable performance boost compared to the Note II. Which, for a lot of people might be all they’re looking for. Keep it locked to Android Headlines over the next week as we bring you the latest from IFA 2013.
