On Wednesday, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Note 3 along with some other devices. But now that we are getting down to the nitty gritty of the Galaxy Note 3 with all the features of the device. They have just showed off My Magazine on stage, and first thought is that it looks just like Blinkfeed on the HTC One or Flipboard. Which isn’t a terrible thing either.
My Magazine will be launching in the US first along with Multiview. My Magazine actually shows a magazine-like experience for consuming news. You are able to swipe through different categories, like digging through topics like Technology, or Sports. Additionally it includes all the social feeds or keeping up with what your friends are doing. I would venture to guess it’ll work with your Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts. More than likely not Google+ since the API is rather locked down.
There’s also another feature called Multivision which allows you to use two Galaxy Note 3’s next to each other and expand the landscape of the screen for showing video. So you could show a video across multiple displays. It sounds really awesome, but I’m not sure how much you’d use it in real life.
Those are just two of the many features on the Galaxy Note 3. As expected, all the features from the Galaxy S4 back in March are now on the Galaxy Note 3 in addition to a ton of features just for the Galaxy Note 3. The Galaxy Note 3 is also running on Android 4.3 – Jelly Bean, which is the latest version of Android.

As we mentioned already the Galaxy Note 3 is due to launch in the US and Japan in October, while the rest of the world will get the device later this month. For once, being an LTE market didn’t help us get the goodies sooner. But hey we get a Snapdragon 800-powered Galaxy Note 3. What’s so bad about that?
