Looking forward to Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 3? If you’re a T-Mobile customer or are considering switching to T-Mobile, October 2nd may be the best day of the year for you. Your shiny new Galaxy Note 3, complete with faux-leather stitching on the back, is launching on Wednesday October 2nd, and pre-orders start on T-Mobile’s website as early as this Wednesday, September 18th. Right now T-Mobile’s Galaxy Note 3 page just has a simple signup form, so if you fill it out they’ll eventually send you an email letting you know that the pre-order page is up. Come Wednesday that page should transform into a proper product page with a pre-order button, much like AT&T’s Galaxy Note 3 page does right now. T-Mobile’s press release doesn’t say anything about colors, and neither does the placeholder page they have up on the site right now, but as far as we know it should launch in pink, black and white as it’s scheduled to do so elsewhere. They have also confirmed that the Galaxy GEAR will be launching alongside the Galaxy Note 3, meaning that you can have the newest phablet from Samsung and its companion smartwatch on the same day.
Pricing for the Galaxy Note 3 on T-Mobile is $199 down, with 24 monthly payments of $21, bringing the total of the device to $703. This is actually a little more expensive than the Galaxy Note II was at launch, which debuted at $649 last year on T-Mobile. Likely the increase in screen size, newer hardware and more premium build are contributing to this price increase. Comparatively we only have AT&T’s pricing, which is $299 out the door with a 2-year contract, or $724.99 at full price. Pre-ordering the Galaxy Note 3 guarantees that your phone will ship out by at least October 2nd, with a possibility of shipping out earlier according to T-Mobile. If you’re interested in pre-ordering the Galaxy Note 3 on T-Mobile be sure to head over to their pre-order page and sign up for more information, and be sure to check back on Wednesday September 18th when the pre-order goes live.
