Viber Gets Updated to Version 4.0

Viber celebrated a pretty big release this week, hitting version 4.0. It brought in the new update, a nice tablet-optimized interface, along with instant voice messages and over 1000 new stickers. But hang on that’s not all. Here’s the full changelog from Google Play:

What’s new:

  • TABLETS support! Use Viber on your tablet and phone simultaneously.

Livestream app Updated with a Huge Changelog

Livestream also pushed out a pretty large update to their Android app. So those that use Livestream a bunch, you’ll definitely be happy with this update, here’s the full changelog:

Evernote Updated with Home Screen Customization and More

Evernote for Android also got an update this week with some home screen customization, PDF annotation and an improved camera page. So not a huge update, although some of these new features may be a bigger deal to some more than others.

LinkedIn Pules Gets new UI

A while ago, LinkedIn had purchased Pulse, which is one of our favorite news apps. It hadn’t done much with the app until yesterday when they updated the app with a nice new interface in an attempt to streamline your professional newsfeed.

Adobe Reader Updated to 11.1

Adobe Reader for Android gets updated to version 11.1 today, which brings a few new features like PDF Export Option, an improved file browser and much more.

What’s new:

  • Buy Adobe PDF Pack and Adobe ExportPDF services from within Adobe Reader

  • Convert documents and images to PDF using Adobe PDF Pack

  • Export PDF files to Word or Excel using Adobe ExportPDF

  • New and improved Text Search using snippet views

  • Online help to learn more about Adobe Reader

  • New, modern File Browser UI experience

  • Multi Window support

  • Improved performance for x86 devices

Mapquest hits version 2.0

Today, Mapquest also got updated to version 2.0. It ncludes a new interface, better map quality and much more. It’s available now in the Play Store. Here’s the full changelog.
