Mad Catz S.T.R.I.K.E. Keyboard To Be Released Alongside M.O.J.O. Android Console
If you think about it, the idea for a gaming keyboard for use with Android isn’t such a bad idea at all. Games are becoming ever more popular on mobile and there is more than a handful of games that would benefit from having a gaming peripheral like this. RPG’s are widely popular and are excellent to play with keyboards and some titles like gamelofts heroes of order and chaos would be ideal with something like this and perhaps a bluetooth mouse. With the release of the M.O.J.O. imminent it’ll be interesting to see what kinds of games will be compatible with this device. A small market might be all that find this a gaming necessity but those that do pick this up might find it a great tool to have in their gaming repertoire. The keyboard has a host of features like backlit keys, macro commands, something called Optical Finger Navigation and is bluetooth and NFC capable. The keyboard will be powered by a rechargeable lithium ion battery and will supposedly be out and available in time for the holidays.
Thor The Dark World Released; It’s Pretty Much Dungeon Hunter With A Super Hero Theme
Dungeon Hunter fans might love this title as it plays almost exactly like a top down dungeon crawler. Instead of playing as one of the chosen types of heroes from that series of games however you’ll play as the ever popular asgardian Thor, and protect the realms from all opposing evils that threaten peace and humanity. You can unlock a variety of different hammers to bring down on your foes, and there are plenty of armor sets to unlock too. Use Thors various super skills to overpower your enemies and unleash asgards fury. The game is free and will more than likely provide you with at least a few hours of enjoyment. If you love marvel and you love top down style hack and slash games, Thor TDW is worth a try.http://youtu.be/R3vybalS_gk
Ouya Says Major Publishers Will Come To The Platform; It’s Just A Matter Of Time
Ouya has been in the news a lot as of late. Most recently the companies C.E.O. Julie Uhrman was reported saying that Major game publishers will eventually start making games for the home android console, its just a matter of time with this sort of thing. She’s not expecting us to see anything like major console hits such as Call of Duty or Grand Theft Auto, but games from these companies will appear in time. When asked why she thought these types of games from major game publishers and developers shouldn’t be expected to come to the platform, she simply replied because there is already a perfect place to play those games at home. Referring of course to the already major in home consoles from Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo, the type of games we should expect to see from the likes of Publishers like EA and Activision (if they ever jump on board) are new and experimental games that perfectly suit the OUYA console for what it is. An in home console for android games with a console like experience. While OUYA had a rocky start, Android Consoles are gaining some ground and OUYA pioneered this idea. As more and more games continue to develop for the Android platform, we should start to see a rise in games for consoles like the OUYA as well and eventually some AAA titles.
