Google Play Movies & TV Gets Updated
This week, Google Play Movies & TV got a nice update. Probably the best feature in this update is the ability to save HD videos in a lower resolution which help save storage space and speed up downloads. Here’s the changelog:

Google Search Updates with Results from inside Third-party apps
Google pushed out a pretty big update to Google Search this week. It makes it a lot easier to find what you’re looking for, even if it’s not on the web, and inside other apps. Basically Google has added app listings, so you can now get results based on information found inside apps on your Android device, as well as see apps inside Google Play.
Fitbit Beta Brings Wireless Sync to Nexus devices, G2 and HTC One
The latest version of the Fitbit beta app brings wireless syncing (via Bluetooth Low Energy) to Nexus devices, the LG G2, and the HTC One. Prior to this update, they could only wirelessly sync to select Samsung devices like the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4. The latest release brings some nice design refresh and improvements as well as support for more devices, that are running Android 4.3 or higher.
Field Trip Brings a Massive Update to Google Play
The folks at Niantic Labs, you know the guys that bring us Ingress, have brought along a pretty big update to Field Trip. Which includes a major design overhaul. Here’s the changelog:

Official FIFA App Hits Google Play
Just in time for the 2014 World Cup, the official FIFA App hits Google Play. It claims to be the most comprehensive football (or soccer for us in the US) app on the planet. This is the first release of the app, so there may be bugs, hopefully FIFA can fix them quickly.
Reddit Sync Receives A Huge update
Many Redditors probably noticed this week that Reddit Sync got a really nice update. In fact, it made me switch from Baconreader over to Reddit Sync again. It brings a nice card-style UI among many other changes. The pro version of Reddit Sync is on sale for $1 right now, and it’s definitely worth every penny.
Imgur updated to version 1.3, brings along a new tablet layout
Imgur was just updated to version 1.3 this week, which brings a long some nice new features like a tablet layout, native Android action bar, and much more. While we’re at it, here’s the full changelog:
