Back at Google I/O in May, Google announces Google Play Music All Access. Which everyone loved. Unlimited music for $10 a month is really great. But then we were told it was for the US only. Which is something international Android users know all too well. However, shortly after it launched in the US, it started launching in other countries. Today, it’s launching in Germany.
The regular subscription for Google Play Music All Access in Germany will cost you €9.99 per month. However, if you are new to the service, there is also a 30 day free trial and a discounted rate of €7.99 per month. But that’s only if you sign up before January 15, 2014. Google also launched Google Play Music on iOS in November, which supports up to 20,000 songs stored in the cloud and unlimited streaming for All Access subscribers. There was also an update to the Android app yesterday, which adds the ability to store offline music on your microSD card.
At the time of writing this, Google Play Music All Access is available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the US.
I’ve been using All Access since it launched in May in the US, and I’m loving it. I use it just about everyday. Not just the radio function, but also adding many songs to my playlists. In my opinion, Google Play Music All Access is the best streaming music option out there. Although there are many more services popping up everyday. In fact, Beats Audio is launching their Beats Music in January. With a likely announcement at CES.
