Unknown LG Device Leaked, Could This be the LG G2 Mini?

The LG G2 Mini has been rumored for an impending release for quite some time now. However there has never been any official news of specs from the LG camp. Since most flagships nowadays tag along a “mini-me” once they are launched – we saw this with the SAmsung Galaxy S4 and the HTC One earlier this year. Now it is the turn of LG to come clean whether they would be launching the mini-me version of their current flagship – the LG G2.

In another bout of info from the said rumor mill, specifications of an unknown LG model have leaked which could be the LG G2 Mini. A report published on Saturday, claimed that an LG handset termed as the LG-D410 has passed through the GFX benchmark site, and has revealed its specifications in the process.

The device is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8226 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, with a 540 x 960 qHD resolution display. The earlier rumors suggested a screen size of 4.7 inches however a recent rumors suggests a 4.3 inch screen to be more likely. The device comes with Android 4.4 Kit Kat pre-installed, whereas the LG G2 would be receiving the upgrade to Kit Kat some time in early 2014. There is no clarification yet on the RAM, cameras as well as connectivity options the device offers.

As with all rumors, this one should be taken with a pinch of salt, after all we expect the device to be announced during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January next year. What is your opinion on these specifications, sufficient or too low; let us know in the comments below.
